Due to the size and freight nature of shipping containers, delivery and transportation fees are non-refundable for non-defective items. All returns require prior approval and inspection.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be approved.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are covered by us. Customers are not required to pay for return shipping once a return is approved.

We provide free return shipping for approved returns, and return labels are included at no cost.
