Due to the size and freight nature of shipping containers, delivery and transportation fees are non-refundable for non-defective items. All returns require prior approval and inspection.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be approved.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at. Provide your order number, details about the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are covered by us. Customers are not required to pay for return shipping once a return is approved.
We provide free return shipping for approved returns, and return labels are included at no cost.
Inspection and Approval Process
All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed promptly. Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may not be approved.
Refund Processing
